Tranguch Gasoline Spill Site
The story follows work in Hazelton, PA to mitigate the effects of the vapor threat to 400 homes. The threat resulted from a gasoline leak in an underground storage tank. A computer model tracked the spill and soil-vapor extraction systems were installed. (2001)

LCP Chemical Site

Fisherville Mill
When a mill burned to the ground in Grafton, MA, trichloroethylene and No.6 Fuel Oil were found in the aquifer. The area was stabilized and an in-situ oxidation method, using sodium permanganate was used to remediate the area. (2003)
